Crackdown 2 – First Hurdle – Achievement Guide

This is an achievement where if you put the game in the machine and play for a while you will unlock it. It is a story based achievement. When you start the game you will go through some very basic tutorial sections. To start off you will need to calibrate the controller by hovering the cursor over 4 red circles and turn them green. Next you will be told to take a leap of faith off the edge. Now enter the Agility Zone and collect the orb at the top of the green steps. When you stand in the marker in the next room you wil need to move fast to get through the exit before the door closes – its not that hard. Next up you will have to try your hand at weapons. First stage will be shooting without aiming. Then clearing a room with a shotgun. Next hand to hand combat followed by grenade practise. None of the enemies will cause you any bother. Now simply get to the car and you will be chopper lifted to the start of the game.

Im gonna have to find a few things to add to the descriptions of these videos in the future. So with that in mind how about I set a question.

What is your favourite setup when hunting out boosters?

Answers in the comments on the videos YouTube page and I will try and use the most creative in a future video. Todays boosters go by the names of Sgt ePiC sNiPeZ and Gangster Hook.

Right at the beginning of the game (directly after “S.S.O.D”) you will be on the “Team Player” mission. At the start of this you will be told to keep the pressure on the RPG teams across the river. Shortly after this you will be instructed to switch over to your MT203 Grenade Launcher (Press LEFT on the directional pad). Now fire your grenades over the river and you should be able to pick up this achievement.

Being a story based achievement you can’t miss geting this one. You will get this achievement after successfully completing the training mission. You will start off on the target range where you will be instructed to shoot targets from the hip, whilst crouched, then through timber and finally testing your grenade throwing skils. After this you will then be told to head on over to “The Pit”. “The Pit” is a shortened assault course where you will have to go through shooting the enemy cut outs and avoiding the civilians. Upon completing all this you will then be presented with a cut scene and the achievement will pop up.

Modern Warfare 2 – Booster Kill Of The Week Eps. 1

I was happily searching for boosters when the call came in from “Mikehamilton1985″ that he had come across two. So like the always ready booster hunter I am I lept into action. As soon as I joined I knew exactly where to go (love spectating) so I ran as fast as I could and throw a blind semtex in the hope it lands near. To my astonishment it stuck to one of the boosters and obliterated the other.

If you have a capture card and are able to catch what you like to call an awesome booster kill then feel free so send it and we will try to feature it in one of the episodes. Please send the unedited clip along with your gamertag/PSN ID and the name of the offending boosters. Also try to include a little background on the clip or yourself.

If you can upload it to RapidShare that would be awesome. We accept both Dazzle and Hauppage footage.

One you have uploaded the clip send me the link via PM and I will check it out.

What do you get when you cross 4 boosters with a booster hunter? Answer – almost 10 minutes of booster busting heaven. Today we have two sets of boosters to contend with. These scum go by the names DANB 78, v iD i Z Z y y, deviiiiL and puReee x. As you can see I followed them around until they got bored. LMAO – fun times.
